1,600 visitors, 130 speakers, 120 junior professionals and 60 exhibitors will take part in the Congress by the German Association of Energy and Water Industries. The who’s who of the industry will convene in Berlin. Boards of directors of large energy companies, grid operators and the Association open talks with representatives of the federal Government. Peter Altmaier, Germany’s Minister of Economics and Energy, will deliver a speech on energy policy, Svenja Schulze, Germany’s Minister of the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety, will give a presentation on environmental policy and Andreas Scheuer, Germany’s Minister of Transport and Digital Infrastructure, will talk about transport policy.
