The Fraunhofer Institute for Energy Economics and Energy System Technology (IEE) sees the Energy transition as a “Herculean task”. However, as intimidating as the undertaking may seem, there is no way around it. As such, for the first time, the IEE will be bringing representatives of renewables, industry and energy policy together with the scientific community. In addition to keynote speeches, the Business Model Energy Transition Symposium will also introduce the “energy transition barometer”.
