Companies not only need to be equipped with innovative technologies to ensure a successful energy transition – they also need the right people. The Energy Personnel Forum 2019 in Darmstadt is being held in mid-September and will be focussing on just how energy companies – whether at urban, municipal or global level – are shaping their future workforce. Under the banner ‘New work. Better work.’, the congress will highlight the potential for a new working world. A number of sessions will be exploring topics such as personnel recruitment and development and attendees are encouraged to participate to varying degrees. The presentation of the HR Energy Award 2019 will be a definite highlight and will recognise HR transformation projects in the energy industry.
