Industrial waste heat: a thus far unused resource

Over 500 companies across all sectors have taken part in a study on the potential of industrial waste heat conducted by the Office for Nature, the Environment and Consumer Protection of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia (LANUV), the results of which will be presented in Düsseldorf at the end of September. The study takes a look at the extent to which industrial companies could contribute to the future heat supply of North Rhine-Westphalia. Prof. Andreas Pinkwart, Minister for Economic Affairs, Innovation, Digitisation and Energy of North Rhine-Westphalia will welcome participants to the event, organised by EnergyAgency.NRW together with LANUV NRW.
